Our Story
I first met Ruby in November 2018. She was weathered, run down and definitely the worse for wear - I fell in love! I had always dreamt of doing up a caravan to travel around our beautiful country.
I had a vision for her from the start. I knew she was going to be special and I wanted to be able to share her with others: share celebrations, special moments and then there is, of course, my love of wine! The idea quickly snowballed from travel to what she has become – the ‘Ruby Tuesday Caravan Bar’.
With the help of my father, who is a keen renovator and all-round handy man, Ruby has been transformed into the classic beauty that she is today. All of his hard work, blood, sweat and at times tears, have been put into converting my beat-up caravan into something truly special, and it shows!
We think she is pretty fab and we hope you do too!
