Our Packages.

We offer a practical solution for your events bar service, we work with you to ensure your event service runs seamlessly and our friendly and experienced staff will make sure your guests have a special experience that they won't forget.

Our standard rates are below, however, we understand that each event is unique so we are happy to offer flexibility. We can work with you to create a custom package that suits your event style, time and budget. 

We also offer a dry hire for Corporate events, please feel free to contact us to discuss package and dry hire options.

ALL packages are based on BYO service. You provide it, we serve it!

All Ruby Packages Include:

Professional and friendly staff (number depending on event size)

2 x infused water in drinks dispensers

2 x mini fridge and 5x drink buckets to keep drinks chilled

2 x Chilly bin for the storage of ice

1 x Quiet generator (to run lighting and refrigeration)

Travel within Auckland (additional cost for further travel)

Set up and take down

Glassware (additional cost)

Styling props to suit your event
